Hon. Paul Nabuin
Hon. Paul Nabuin (ODM) serves as the Member of Parliament representing Turkana North Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya. Turkana North Constituency in Kenya. It is one of six constituencies in Turkana County. The constituency was established for the 1997 elections. The constituency has two Sub Counties: Turkana North and Kibish Sub County and Six Wards. VISION: To be a model constituency in Kenya delivering equitable socio-economic transformation, modern education infrastructure, and empowered communities. MISSION: To efficiently mobilize and utilize NG-CDF public resources through transparent, accountable, and participatory governance for sustainable grassroots development in Turkana North Constituency.
